SHIPPING & RETURNS 

• We will ship out within 1-3 days of receiving your order.
• From the day you have received the package, you have 10 days to return the items.
• You will have to pay for your own return shipping.
• We cannot refund the original shipping cost.
• The items must be brand new and unused with original packaging.
• Store credit only.
• We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
• we reserve the right to refuse any return.

 

SOLD OUT ITEMS

We often buy one-offs special pieces or in small quantities as we are a small business. If you would like to buy a product but it is already sold out and would like to inquire, please don't hesitate contact us. We may be able do an individual order for you but it will take some time as a lot of pieces are ordered to be handmade and may need to be shipped from Korea or from different U.S. state. We are more than happy to connect you with the creators. That is what we love to do!
